Chemical Solutions

For a decade and a half Denver Instrument has offered efficient meters and superior electrodes. With the addition of high quality pH buffers and fill solution Denver provides a complete solution.

pH buffers. For the most accurate pH measurements, it is recommended that the pH system be standardized each day with fresh buffers that bracket the pH range being measured. For most this means standardizing at pH values of 4, 7 and 10. Our color coded buffers make this routine procedure a snap.

Three Molar Potassium Chloride. Refillable Denver pH Electrodes require 3M KCl for the internal fill solution. The molarity is important as the detection of hydrogen ions is a chemical reaction. 3M KCl is also a good storage solution for all pH electrodes.

Tight Cap Design. All bottles are leak proof to ensure they are fresh upon delivery. The seal on the cap is also designed to keep contaminates out to provide long term storage of chemicals.
